Demonstrating Our Quality...

It has been our mission over the past few years to be considered as one of the best touring & camping sites within the region, and we work tirelessly to this end. So you can imagine how pleased we were to recently be upgraded from 4 star to the top grading of 5 STARS.

In October 2007, we won the fantastic and prestigious Silver Tourism Excellence Award for the Best Caravan Park in the South West. You can see us, pictured above with Chairman of South West Toursim and Frank Barrett, Travel Editor of the Mail on Sunday. Martin had been enjoying too many glasses of Devon Wine by the angle of his bow tie !!

We were up against some very large holiday parks - the South West region includes Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, and has probably the greatest concentration of holiday parks in the UK. For this reason we feel that our success is especially gratifying, and we are really very proud of the whole team - they have all contributed to this great accomplishment.

And Commitment

Yes, selected from the majority of tourism businesses throughout the region, in December 2007 we have also won the impressive honour of Best Commitment to the Environment for North Devon.

For some years we have been leading the way with our eco-credentials; back in 2005 we beat over 50 other businesses throughout Devon to win the Silver DEBI Award for Environmental Performance.

All of us are especially thrilled to receive full recognition of our efforts. The judging processes encompass all aspects of green and sustainable practice.

Giving you Confidence

Hidden Valley is becoming accustomed to winning the Gold David Bellamy Award for Wildlife and Conservation - we have acheived this status since our first year at the park in 2000.

The park is assessed annually to ensure that we maintain and improve upon our conservation efforts and sustainability as a whole so that you can book your break away with confidence.
