At Hidden Valley you'll meet...
some of our award-winning team during your visit
One of our receptionists is likely to be your first contact. It may be Camilla, Charmaine or Kevin, all of whom are available to help with your enquiries and bookings.
Matt is our Grounds Manager. Devon born and bred, he works all year round to keep the natural assets of Hidden Valley always looking beautiful as well as dealing with the many general maintenance jobs on site.
Then there is Allan who is our general maintenance assistant, helping out and about around the park where and when required. Allan has been with us for some time - originally from London he keeps us all amused!!
Kingfisher Meadow Wardens, Alf and Annette, have been at Hidden Valley for over a year. They will show you to your pitch on arrival if you are staying on our grass pitches, and they keep the facilities clean and tidy as well as ensuring the safety of all on Kingfisher Meadow.
David & Wendy work as site wardens covering the all-weather pitches on Top Park. They, too, are focused on your overall care, assisting you and keeping the site superbly maintained throughout your stay.
In the other departments, talented chef Terry Coates heads the Coffee Shop cooking breakfasts, lunches and making home-made scones for our fabulous Cream Teas as well as making tasty home-cooked ready meals and pies for sale in the Farm shop. Terry is assisted by Val and Emily in the Coffee Shop.
Finally fully qualified beauty therapist, Louise has joined the team to offer some wonderful pampering.
